The situation
When the pandemic struck, Manchester Collection experienced an unexpected surge in online demand. A once Melbourne-centric brand was suddenly shipping products to homes across Australia.
“Overnight, our audience expanded beyond Melbourne — we were reaching homes all around Australia,” recalls Sabedinovski.
